Vehicle Description
Very clean 2002 Lincoln Continental CE, with 75,300 miles. Kept in a heated garage its whole life.
275 HP 32 Valve InTech V8 FWD. This engine is FAST!
Traction control, variable steering, and adjustable ride control.
Sun roof, and just about everything else. This car has all the options; if they made it, it's here.
NEW TIRES.
This CE (Collector's Edition) is one of the last 2,000 Continentals made in 2002. After 2002 the name plate was discontinued until 2014, when Ford then brought the name back, but on a very different vehicle. This is truly one of the last big ones. They just don't make 'em like this anymore — and this one’s a real cream puff.
I bought this car from the original owner who lived in the same building as I. He is a single guy who worked in the city and drove his other beater to work every day. I watched this car sit Monday through Friday in our heated garage.
On Sundays he would drive his Continental to visit his elderly father in Orland Park, about 30 miles away down I-80. Once a year he drove it to New York State to visit his sisters. When he moved about 3 years ago, I bought it from him with 65,000 miles on it. In those 3 years I have put on the rest of the miles, most of that driving the highway between Munster and Crown Point, where I visit my golf buddies and play golf.
This is a very low miles car and practically all the miles are highway.
