Used Rv and Van for sale in Caldwell, TX

Will not be accepting any offers over phone, text, email. Only in person. Not holding it for anybody either. Have clean titles for both. They are ugly as hell but still usable. Really need both gone.
The RV is 1994 Dutchmen. Needs floor work. And some of the walls need to be patched up. Toilet needs a seal which I have just haven't put it in. Fridge works. Ac works. Stove top works but not the oven. Needs a heavy coat of flex seal or RV roof repair on the roof and around the windows.

The van is a 2002 E250 van. Auto. 5.4 Windsor. 300,000 plus miles. Had engine replaced long long time ago. No radio. No ac. Doors don't work for shit. Windows are iffy. Some rear end clunking, could be the driveshaft or U joints but I drove it that way for a long time. Dashlights don't work. She starts, stops, turns, she'll haul whatever you need to haul. Body has rust. It's originally from the Upper Midwest.
Not trying to polish any turds here. I just don't have a use for these anymore and need to make room for other things. Will sell together or separately but would rather them both go together
