Used Super clean 2010 Sienna LE for sale in League City, TX

This zippy 2010 Sienna LE is very clean, inside and out, with just a few minor blemishes (as you might expect from a 9-year-old vehicle). I am only the 2nd owner, and the first owner was a truly a little old lady in San Antonio who put the first 109 K on it.
It has always been well maintained, and has never been wrecked or flooded. It has never been used for hauling around kids or pets making messes in it, either. There are no rips, tears or major stains anywhere in the interior. In town mileage is 20 mpg and, on the road, it is 23 mpg.

I am only selling it because I got an offer from a buddy on a nice 4Runner that was too good to refuse.
Understand, I am not motivated to take a low-ball offer on this really nice minivan, so please don’t even go there with me. If you are a dealer/re-seller please don't contact me.

It is perfect for a ‘soccer mom’ or family on a budget looking for a roomy, clean, mini-van with no mechanical issues (nothing to fix), new premium tires, and new brakes on all 4 wheels. It also has an aftermarket sound system, and a rear hitch for pulling a small trailer or hauling a hitch tray. By the way, I have never used it for pulling a trailer or hauling anything heavy.

Why waste your money on a new 2019 Sienna LE at $34,000+, when you can have that new car feeling for less than a quarter of the new price?
Title is clear and inspection is up to date. The AC is blowing cold!
