4WD RAV4 are rather hard to find. Given its a Toyota you can easily put another 100-200K miles on this trouble free and it will still be worth in the neighborhood of the price as new ones just keep getting more costly.
I recently saw a RAV4 of this year with 380K miles here on CL still running fine. The 2006-2012 Models were arguably the best body size and has a taller roof in the cargo area. It was no longer simply the "Cute-Ute" of the earlier models, these had some actual cargo area. Note that the 2019 and newer has returned to look more like the 06-12 Models than the previous generation RAV4's with the pointy nose.

Has the 4WD Toyota Torque Vectoring Control System and automatically applies up to 50% rear wheel power if any slippage is detected otherwise it stays in gas saving 2WD, or you can push the 4WD Lock button for full time 4WD to get out of bad spots. This and one of the lowest wind resistance coefficients for an SUV ever is why it averages 35MPG. Fully serviced with synthetic fluids (Oil, Auto Trans, Differential, Transfer Case), plus Toyota Coolant and filters recently changed plus new 120K mile Iridium spark plugs installed, and New Toyota Serpentine Engine Belt dealer installed as part of normal preventive maintenance.
Has the tailgate which opens effortlessly to the side, these are usually easier for many people to operate vs. pulling down against those gas struts on an overhead hatch, also no gas tailgate struts to go bad.
All 4 Wheel Disc Brakes Pads are excellent.
New round tube Drawtight Class III/IV 2" Ball Hitch with 4-prong electrical plug recently added and never used.
