This is a fully restored and quite unique 1960 Triumph TR3A/3B hybrid convertible. Taken off the assembly line during assembly to repair a body panel, the automobile was later put back on the assembly line AFTER the body style was changed/re-tooled for the 3B specification. Therefore, this rare beauty contains the advantages of the TR3A body style which has a rear bench seat with an open storage area beneath the seat, screw-on electric terminals, etc., PLUS the benefits of the TR3B including factory-installed spring-back mirrors on the wings, windscreen washer complete with new windscreen washer PUSH and reservoir. Includes original Smith's Heater with variable speed control, re-faced gauges, ultra rare ashtray, interior floor lights, new fuel tank and sending unit, new fuel pump, fuel lines, new brakes, new shocks, new springs, all new interior carpeting, panels, seats, and many other new OEM parts. Appraised last year at $65,000, I must now sell my baby due to my partial loss of vision (in other words, I can no longer see well enough to drive safely). A true cream puff.
