Vehicle Description
1979 Triumph TR7 Convertible, $1800 or Best Offer
British Racing Green with Tan Convertible Top and Tan Interior.
Factory Luggage Rack, Brand New Wheels and Tires just before it went into storage.
70,808 miles, 5 speed manual transmission, rare Monza dual left and right dual tip exhaust each side.
Convertible Top was new before my ownership and is in good condition.
Boot Cover that snaps in place when Top is down included.
FYI, Your current Mechanic will probably not work on a British made vehicle!
Please note that this is a British made and imported 40-year-old vehicle. Although the asking price looks very enticing, you need to be mechanically inclined or know someone who is, to purchase this vehicle.
I have owned the vehicle since 2006 rarely drove it and stored it in 2013. Took it out this June and fixed the items required to get a current Inspection Sticker.
Runs great and shifts smooth.
There are still a few minor issues, but no show stoppers.
Most parts are usually readily available in the US through Moss Motors and British Vitoria, but some parts need to be purchased from the UK (England).
I have Factory Manuals, Case of Oil Filters, and many other items, that are included.
There are couple small spots of surface rust on the exterior but frame, rocker panels, floor pans, trunk etc. are in great condition.
Very presentable for a 40-year-old Triumph!
I also have a Mass Plate “TR-07” that I can be transferred to you!
