Used for sale in Rickman, TN

I don't know if this is allowed or not, but if not I will try other avenues. There is a man in Livingston Tn who has a 2003 GMC truck-green in color for sale. His name is Harold Smith. His residence is right across the street from the truck stop on Hwy 111 between Rickman and Livingston Tn. He has this truck up for sale-again. I fell for his sales pitch and ended up losing almost $2,000.00 in the end. It is a death trap and should NOT even be on the road. It is a 4WD, but the 4WD don't work. The emergency brake is broken and don't work. The entire undercarriage below the bed is completely rusted out-being held on by two small metal strips of metal welded to the fender wells to hold the bed on. The frame has been cut, and then welded back together by thin strips of metal plate. The frame will not support a trailer hitch. The driver side seat adjustment control is stripped out, so you can not adjust the driver side seat. When I confronted the guy his response was "when you buy a used vehicle you get what you see" I returned the vehicle to him after only 10 days-and he only returned $3,000.00 of my $4,300 that I originally paid him. He claimed that he did not know of all of the issues with the vehicle, but yet he has it back out by the road for sale again. I am not a vindictive person, so I will not go after him for what I feel he owes me, but i do hate to see someone else end up in the same situation. He is very good at "selling" by convincing unaware buyers that he is trustworthy because he hands out Gideon Bibles. I make no judgement on this man because that is Gods responsibility, but I do feel that I owe it to everyone to be warned of this man. Just beware please.
