Used White Chevy Uplander - Clean but needs new trans for sale in Fishers, IN

Love the van, but transmission stopped working. Transparent description to follow as additional questions and make an offer as all will be considered. Just needs someone who wants to fix the trans (which I do not again.)

*We bought it from an auto shop who used it to run parts in SC. The carpets are discolored but in decent condition despite the color. We've never had an accident with it. Owned it since July 2017.

*Exterior: Pretty good condition. Kept clean. Slight dent in rear passenger fender. Present when we bought. No structural damage. Not much rust underneath as it is from South Carolina and North Carolina. No rust on paint.

*Interior: (as described above and seen in pictures). No smells, no window leaks or breaks. Rear passenger window motor stop last month. Likely motor or fuse. Passenger sliding door doesn't work due to broken overhead button. Driver sliding door still works. Seats are in excellent condition. DVD doesn't work.well we just didn't figure out how to. AC and Heat are great! Seats all fold in middle and rear and come out. Never used on-star, but it has it.

*I rebuilt the transmission 3 years ago with a rebuild kit. Worked great, then had some issues in the past year. I think the torque convertor went out or first clutch (as the first clutch was slipping over the past few months). I just don't want to rebuild another transmission.

*As can be expected minor leaks around engine block but not much.

*ABS light - front right speed sensor wire is cut but brakes still work. (Could probably splice it back together.) Random new repairs on vehicle. Brakes, water pump, spark plugs and wires. Heater hose and step pipe, air filter, alternator, fuel pump, muffler and cat. Oil change and new filter 56% left and 1/4 tank gas.
