Used 1962 Ford Thunderbird Conv w/Roadster Pkg for sale in Lewisburg, FL

Senior Owner is downsizing her small collection of cars. This is a '62 Tbird Conv she purchased from eBay in 1997 as a restored car. As it turns out, it was born Corinthian white an repainted the ever popular Rangoon Red for that vintage by previous owner. The good news is the paintjob was well done and all the trim was removed and door jambs properly color-coded for a great presentation. The car is a non-AC car. Prior Owner added the Tonneau Cover to it along with Kelsey Hayes Wheels and grab bar for full effect. I'd say the paint is a strong 8 out of 10 for quality. The exterior is straight except for the passenger side quarter where she ran over something that flipped up and slapped the underside of the quarter. It revealed some filler in that area of minor repair from the past. Except for that area that is easily repairable, it is an otherwise rust-free car as near as we can tell. All the trim is present. All the chrome is nice and undamaged. Glass is good. Radio and wiper are in-op------elderly owner only drives it in the rain and to car club events, so she hasn't seen fit to address that. I suspect it could be as simple as a fuse.
The interior is red/original and in very good shape for its age. Dash is not split. Seats are comfortable. Driver power seat motor is expectedly slow but works. Power windows are also slow but work. The Power Top and rear deck work correctly. I should note there is a small area on the rear deck that touches the panel directly behind the rear seat where there is minor paint loss, but this is not visible with the tonnneau cover in place.
Black vinyl top appears to be all original and in good shape. Back plastic window was replaced in 2018, along with Top Pump, hoses, and cylinders. The owner just replaced the power steering pump for a persistent "whine" and it works/sounds like it should.
This is a bright red beacon for it's classic styling and seems to garner attention wherever it goes. The Owner often shares stories of people asking to pose with her car or if its otherwise for sale which until now it never has been.
Tires are in good shape. Fuel Tank is new.
Car presents very nicely. Runs reliably. No trademark "blue-smoke" when starting which confirms the engine is likewise in good condition.
Apart from this ad, the owner is donating 100% of this proceed to a charitable cause.
Price may be slightly negotiable for in-person inspection. I would not hesitate to fly in/drive-home if desired.
The known issues have been disclosed in the spirit of accuracy. Even still it is a 57 year old car.
