Vehicle Description
1971 Ford Torino
(includes some parts from 1970 Fairlane 500 as you can tell by rear quarter scripts)
Clean car, clean title
70,000 miles on chassis
30,000 miles on 351W engine
Automatic Transmission
Added original GT hood with functional scoop
SMOOTH RUNNER/DAILY SUMMER DRIVER!!!
This car has been fully restored. Inside, outside, top to bottom. Media blasted to bare metal, etch prime, seal prime, paint. Bolts greased as they were reassembled.
Sound deadener/insulation added to firewall.
Functional push-button AM radio
Electronic ignition (no more points!!!)
So many parts to list that are brand new I'm sure I'll miss a few, but here's what I can recall: all new brakes, new wheel cylinders, all suspension bushings replaced, new shocks, new master cylinder, all new brake lines (replaced old deteriorated rubber), new carpet, new headliner, new timing cover, new belts, brand new tires, all fluids changed, new battery, faded interior parts dyed to be correct again, all new gaskets and seals, bumpers, windshield, back glass.
I drive this car until it sells. That means you know it's reliable and anything that goes wrong immediately gets fixed.
As you can tell by the price, and if you know anything about the price of this level of restoration, you'll see that I'm not looking to make much money. Just enough to put cool cars back on the road for an awesome price and fund the next project.
Of course there is a discount available for cash.
