Vehicle Description
1972 Ford F250 High Boy 4x4, 390, NP435, Dana 24. Sat for last year or so after I completed lots of work on it. The work follows.
Tired 360 yanked bored .0040” changed to 390 rotating assembly.
Shot peened, resized rods, crank turned 10 under, rings, bearings, ARP, fasteners, heads rebuilt, put smaller combustion chamber heads for 9:1 compression (72cc to 56cc code C3AE-6090G) Comp extreme energy 5600 RPM Cam. Kings bearings, bronze marine freeze plugs Ford 391 forged crank with snout cut down and new keyway machined.
