Vehicle Description
Lots of money invested from previous owner. A true sleeper car. It has dings and dents and some rust. Find a good body and paint guy for a car closer to perfection as your pocket book allows or drive as is and have a quick fast car. You couldn't build one cheaper.
This car is mean looking, with plenty of power.
If you hate the car swapping out all the parts for another vehicle would also be a good choice. Just saying!
This car has had extensive work done and a boat load of new parts which included a brand new mild build rebuilt engine. Not your typical rebuilt as this has 345 horse without the headers and carb and so fourth.
Entire build sheet is pictured here so you can get an idea that this car is a rare find and indeed not a clunker which you'd have to sink a boat load of money into.
The entire engine swap for the Car was done at Al's Automotive in Parma, Oh. I just learned that my car actually shows up as a featured picture on their website. I'm telling you folks do not sleep on this Sleeper Car.
March 25th I just added a PDF of the build sheet. This should give you plenty to sink your teeth into. I am telling you right now that this is a friggin steal.
There is so much new on this car it's silly. Everything was replaced, looked at or upgraded. All items under the hood is in the 3,000 mile range. Add up the receipts and add the value and we are talking a car that's worth 8 to 10 g all day. Set up like a true Vintage Ford muscle car.
In fact the previous owner had it insured through Hagerty and they had it appraised at 8 g and that was almost 2 years ago.
This Gator like Galaxie 500 has a built 351 High Performance engine. Mostly aluminum racing style. See pics.
An attention getter everywhere I go.
Interior is darn near flawless.
Nice stereo. 300 watt speakers in the rear.
Body work and paint is all that remains on this 72 Muscle Car.
The Galaxie has a waterless radiator system. To explain it better is to say it has chemicals that cost roughly $45 a gallon that will never need replaced. Do not add water ( ever or again ) nor ever add radiator fluid again!
Headers and dual exhaust. Sounds fantastic!
It has nice rims and tires. Built in kill switch.
The vehicle has roughly only 3,000 miles on the rebuilt engine. Roughly 65,000 miles total.
This thing flies. It was originally a 4000 pound car. I was told that has been reduced to 2,800 pounds. With aluminum engine parts and modern rims and a new radiator.
