Up for sale is a 1974 FORD LTD BROUGHAM. A few years ago, I bought this LTD from an estate auction. It haD been parked in a garage since 1994, and had not been driven since.

About 18 months ago, I had an experienced Ford mechanic go over the entire vehicle. He replaced all of the maintenance parts, including brakes, rotors, tires, hoses, plugs, points, wires, and the like. He also replaced the fuel tank due to a small leak. Otherwise, the LTD is original, and the 400 ci engine (the best one offered in that model) is a good and strong runner.

The car was treated with Zeibart when new, so there is virtually no rust of any sort. The body is absolutely solid, and the undercarriage is clean and dry. The exterior paint is in very nice shape, and shows only a few blemishes. All of the chrome is also in very good condition.

The interior is all original, down to the carpet, and shows no wear or tear - it is almost flawless.

This is not a show car but it is a great original example of the LTD Brougham.
