Used 1990 Mazda RX7 Convertible for sale in Manlius, NY

Selling a '90 RX7. This car is a blast to drive! Runs and drives very well, but there are quite a few small issues with the car (none of which affect driveability).

What's good:
-Original engine (non-turbo) starts up every time, even after being stored in the garage during winter. Idles well and drives great.
-Recent oil change with conventional 20W-50 oil.
-Transmission shifts well, original 5 speed.
-Power convertible top operates with button.
-Pop-up headlights function properly (minus high-beams).
-Both power windows operate properly.
-Car handles great.
-Undercarriage is in good shape.
-Original radio works and power antenna functions w/ auxiliary button.
-Interior in good shape overall.
-Power locks work.
-Paint in decent shape, just needs to be polished up and it looks good.
-Heat works very well.
-Speakers in headrests both work.
-New spark plugs, ECU, and repainted wiper arms.
-Passes NYS inspection.
-Has original owner's manual.
-Comes with leather convertible top boot and Haynes manual upon request.

What's not so good:
-Damage on passenger side fender and a little on passenger side door.
-Rip in convertible top on both sides, see pictures.
-Rust in rocker panels on both sides, see pictures.
-Creaking in rear over bumps due to worn bushings.
-High beams do not work (can be fixed, let me know if you'd like it to be done).
-Windshield wipers only work on medium speed.
-Air conditioning system low on refrigerant (old R-12 style), so air conditioning does not function at the moment.
-Passenger side window switch broken, but window still operates w/ driver side switch.
-Could use an alignment.
-Alarm system does not work.
-Passenger side muffler missing muffler tip.
