Used 1991 BMW 318i/E30 - 5 Speed Manual Convertible - GREAT SHAPE!!! for sale in North Charleston, SC

This E30 is a fantastic car and runs well. It does sport all the creaks and squeaks of a car that is almost 30 years old, but otherwise is very fun and sporty. It takes corners very well and is a well-rounded vehicle.

To my knowledge, car has had three owners (myself included). Has been in a few car shows, well maintained, and garaged the majority of its existence. I currently maintain maintenance records and original manual and other documents.

Things to note:
155k miles but odometer stopped working about 2k miles ago.

Minor body rust, otherwise the paint is is excellent condition. See photos.

Soft top is in OK/GOOD condition given its age.

Minor oil leak if the car isn’t driven for a long period of time.

Needs AC recharge but heat works well.

Rear window stitching recently gave out so I used clear marine caulk to repair it. No leaks.

Muffler hangers may need replacing as they are old and cause the muffler to rattle with the upper heat shield.

Has aftermarket cold-air intake with re-usable filter from Kamotors. I still possess the original air box, filter and headlight. Willing to pass it along to buyer if need-be.

Cluster works well (fuel level, temp, etc.) however, when the headlights are on, right turn signal arrow stays green. Solution is a turn signal relay and possibly replacing the turn signal stalk.

Steering wheel is in OK shape. Surface material is beginning to peel (see photo). I do have a spare steering wheel with airbag, to be included in sale.

Dash is in good shape, no cracks. There is a small crack in the plastic material around the radio. I also have the stock radio (has cassette player) if buyer wants it.

Glove box and car interior is in really good shape. My only qualm is the seat levers can be temperamental.

Weighted shift knob for a nicer throw.

Vehicle is missing the driver side tweeter (small speaker by mirror). Front and rear stereos have been replaced.

All windows work

Minor crack in the windshield.

Trunk and spare tire are in great condition.

Stock bottle cap wheels and decent tires.
