1991 Jeep Wrangler YJ Sport
Time to sell my off-road toy. Purchased it back in January 2002. Vehicle was originally driven on the street and over time converted for trail use. Since then it’s been a very capable off-road Jeep and trailered to off-road parks. When not in use has always been stored indoors. Over the years many upgrades and modifications have taken place.
Custom front Dana 60 (35 Spline) with ARB locker. Components purchased from Solid Industries – D60 Kingpin Inner and outer, D60 Kingpin Steering Arms Knuckles, Flange kit with slugs, seals and brakes. Front axle is two years old with just a handful of offroad trips.
Rear axle Dana 60 (35 Spline) with locking (spool) differential.
Axles are both 5 on 5.5” bolt pattern with disk brakes on all four corners. Both Axles have axle trusses on them for strength and four link mounting points. Axle flange mounting point 62”.
Gearing 4.10
Stock 4.0L motor
PSC (Performance Steering Components) full hydraulic steering – steering cylinder, orbital valve, pump, reservoir and cooler.
Atlas two transfer case – 3.8 to1 – twin sticks.
Manual 5 speed transmission with throttle control.
Tom Woods custom drive shafts.
Kilby Enterprises Onboard Air with twin tanks. Perfect to air up any tire and run basic air tools.
Tires Irok Super Swamper’s 37x14-16.5LT
Custom H1 Hummer rims recentered 5 on 5.5”, full bead locks, powder coated gun metal gray.
Custom full roll cage includes built in differential vent lines and ammo box for storage.
Mastercraft Seats are mounted directly to cross tubes tied to roll cage not floor. Five-point harnesses mounted to cross bar behind the seats.
Warn Winch VR8000.
Optoma battery (Yellow).
Stretched custom 4 link suspension (chromoly 4 link ¾ rod end heim joints heims ends), riding on nitrogen shocks with limiting straps.
The rear frame is a round tubing setup for better four link setup and axle clearance.

Miscellaneous parts include Super Swamper TSL 36x14-16.5 STL tire, new hood, windshield, new stock speakers, stock driveshafts, bearings and specialty tools.
Will consider selling the trailer with the Jeep. Trailer was purchased new and is well maintained. 16’ flatbed with brakes on each axle, 5’ slide in ramps. Separate spare tire mounts for both the trailer and Jeep. Jeep spare tire is very, very close to full size on recentered H1 rim. Large storage box mounted to the front of the trailer for tiedowns, jacks, oil and spare parts. Will not consider selling the trailer alone.
