Vehicle Description
Well maintained with regular oil changes every 3-4K. Practical: consistently get 18 city / 26 highway MPG. Corvette based LT1 engine with towing package and hitch. Interior great shape. Exterior some rust behind rear wheels (see pictures) but otherwise paint is in good shape ... the burgundy color is the one that holds up the best over time.
- 213K odometer
- 206K Rebuilt transmission. (the shop owner drove it and commented on how tight and straight it went down the road ... said he could understand why we were getting it fixed ... offered to buy it)
- 199K New radiator and oil cooler
- 190K New front rotor/pads, rear shocks, heater blower motor
- 185K New rear axle bearings
- 178K New plugs, wires
- 163K New front shocks
4 new snow tires (see pictures)
1 new, extra, mounted spare (in addition to the one in the car)
Does not run: Needs new battery and installation of "Optispark" (distributor). Part is included.
This was our 2nd wagon. Hate to let it go, all the kids learned to drive and took their road tests with one of these two. Whenever I run into someone I haven't seen in a while they always ask about this wagon. Running down the road other Buick wagon owners always wave ... it's a family.
