Vehicle Description
Up for sale, a 1994 Honda Civic CX Hatchback. Engine runs, and the vehicle moves under its own power but this is a project. The chassis has close to 161K miles and the engine has between 20K and 25K.
There are just way too many parts to list in this ad. If you are curious just message me and I will send you a spreadsheet detailing the parts and upgrades. I can send more pictures as well.
This hatch has been garage kept but has sat for the last seven years. The last time I started the engine to back the vehicle off of the trailer I noticed the oil looking like chocolate milk. The engine is a B20 VTEC setup. It made lots of power but I’ve had to change the cylinder head gasket twice. I’m hoping that the coolant in the oil is from the cylinder head gasket leaking again, likely from sitting for seven years but no guarantees. There was no coolant in the oil when I daily drove this vehicle before garaging it seven years ago.
The chassis is straight, no accidents, and the body and paint are in good condition. The interior has been removed to address water that got onto the floor pan when the vehicle was trailered during a move from PA to SD. All interior parts (plus extras) are available.
I loved this hatch, it was a fun project, but I just don’t have the time or energy to spend on it anymore. For now, I am looking to sell everything together; $7,000 (negotiable) takes it all as well as parts not listed in the aforementioned spreadsheet.
I will only accept cash or a cashiers check and I only deal in person.
