$1,300 worth of motor work the outside is not pretty from sitting in the cow pasture and the cows and horses rubbing on it second gear skips to third because it needs a $120 shift solenoid that will make second gear work otherwise transmissions works fine in fact, you can bring a battery and drive it on home. It smogs it's registered in my name clean paperwork but $148 brings title up to date and I have it insured right now but I'm selling it as parts. I don't want to sell it but my landlord says 4 four horses, a dog, an RV and my other car, a '99 Subaru is enough for this property. $600 firm.
I do not have a battery for it but I can put one in to show you it runs. If you decide to drive it on home, you'll need to bring your own battery and I'm very confident you could drive across the states even without that second gear shift solenoid.
Of course, with the Subarus, you have a choice to put it in front wheel drive or all wheel drive. I keep them in all wheel, myself
