It has a VSS signal board that allows the PCM to property deal with idle and DFCO conditions (most 911 swaps do not have this), a time delay relay on the electric power steering pump to avoid voltage spikes at startup that can cause the PCM to have issues and an arduino mini that sniffs out the signal from the Porsche AC button and drives the compressor so the HVAC acts just like stock.

Creases and some cracking on seat bolsters
Fuel gauge only works between half-full and empty, but is accurate between those marks.
