Hello, I am selling my beautiful 997.1 911 with many extras which I will begin to list below. The car has never been in an accident, and there are 40 service records on the Carfax. The paint is nearly perfect (whole car is wrapped in ceramic). Tires and brakes have less than 1k miles on them.

2006 911 Carrera

-Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX display with wireless apple car play (incredible, $1600) (original head unit included as well)

-Sport mode added by Porsche, software and button added by Porsche which allows you to turn sport mode on and off ($1800).

-HD backup camera added

-Entire car (including all windows and rims) has been treated with ceramic so water/debris literally just falls off. Keeps the car looking new. ($2200)

-Bose Sound System (OEM option, not aftermarket crap)

-Xenon front lights (OEM option, not aftermarket crap).

-Fabspeed Porsche 997 Carrera Carbon Fiber Competition Air Intake System (see attached picture), original air intake will be included if agreed on prior to sale (not included in base price of 44), this makes the car sound and perform like an animal ($1250).

-Heated seats, 18way memory electric seats
-The best thing about this car (besides the fact that its a 911) is that is comes with a 7 year/100k mi warranty (policy confirmation pictured below). I paid almost 10k for that warranty and it has 6 years and 10 months or 98k miles left on it. This covers everything in the car besides brakes, tires, and fluids. The warranty CAN and will be transferred to new owner. I cannot tell you how important that warranty is, it literally makes owning this 911 (relatively) stress free. No deducible, ASE pays the dealer directly. IMS bearing issue has been taken care of.

-I took off the stock exhaust tips and put on $800 Fabspeed quad tips, included along with the stock ones. The "Carrera" decklid badge has been removed and Porsche 991 silver OEM "911" has been added. Looks much nicer IMO. I still have the original Carrera badge if the new owner wants it.

Why sell? I have a 6 month old and decided to go with a newer one with a bit more safety features. I am not in a rush to sell this car, I love it, it is immaculate and it has been pampered (by myself and pervious owner) since day 1.
