This 2000 Jaguar XJR is finished in Anthracite over Charcoal leather and powered by a supercharged 4.0L V8 mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The seller has added approximately 15k of the car’s 64,570 indicated miles during two years of ownership. New paint was applied in 2014, and modifications include Bilstein dampers/shocks and HID headlights. Fresh Firestone tires were fitted in 2017, and an oil and filter change was recently carried out. This XJR is offered with a clear North Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The body was repainted in the original Anthracite under previous ownership, and HID low and high beams have been installed in the factory headlamp housings.
Silver-painted 18″ factory wheels are in excellent condition. US- XJRs models received chrome window trim.
The supercharged 4.0L AJ-V8 was rated at 370 horsepower when new. Fluid flushes were completed when the seller acquired the car two years ago, and recent service included an oil and filter change.
The cabin is trimmed in Charcoal leather, it features powered and heated front seats and a sunroof, as well as, wood trim on the dash, console, and door panels. The seller notes drying leather on the center console and wear on the outer driver’s seat bolster as well as hairline cracks in the wood accents on all doors, all typical for this vintage car.
The factory stereo is linked to a trunk-mounted CD changer. A new headliner has been installed in recent years. All recent service has been completed at Jaguar of Asheville.
