Used 2002 Mazda 626 for sale in Fort Collins, CO

2002 mazda 626 lx
~190k miles, around 8k of that was put on by me
Solid engine, 6 cylinder 24 valve dohc mazda kl-g4 engine
Car passed emissions for me a few months back

Let's start with the good:
No check engine light
Timing belt serviced ~5k miles ago
wheels have plenty of tread left
Breaks on all 4 wheels replaced, rear rotors replaced
Alternator has been replaced ~1k miles ago as well as that belt
Battery is new ~8k ago
Interior is clean, passenger front door is mostly taken apart but we will get to that

Now for the bad:
NO POWER STEERING, it has been bypassed by the previous owner. Not sure what the issue is but I believe it would need a new pump and pulley
Front passenger door is stuck, quoted at about $150 to $200 to get unstuck. They say its cause the seat needs to be removed but the seat is 3 bolts and 1 nut so maybe you could get it out yourself with a bit of work.
Stereo is oem, it works for radio and cd but tape deck is busted.
Cracked windshield, not in line of sight really.
Some chipped paint on the hood
