$3500 obo - 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4

This would be a great vehicle for a high school or college student or someone who doesn't want to put wear and tear on their vehicle during the winters.

The good:
This has been my daily driver 8 years and has never failed me.
3.7L V6 engine
Power sunroof
Power windows
Power locks
Towing package
Long range remote start - I regularly got the remote start to connect parked about 1/4 mile away inside a concrete building. I think the one I bought can start it over 1/2 mile away, maybe further with no interference.
Brand new battery.
Tires are still good and comes with three extra tires in decent shape.
60/40 split backseat that either or both fold down flat to increase cargo area.
Non- smoking vehicle.
It has done great in the snow.

The bad:
The blower motor regulator needs replaced - the part comes with it and it's an easy fix just behind the glove box. This controls the vent speeds.

The engine makes a little ticking noise while idling. A mechanic has looked it over and found no obvious issues. This has not affected performance in any way.

Some rock chips on the front bumper and some paint chips on the back bumper.
It's due for new brakes.

The check engine light is on - a mechanic told me the code it's throwing is because of the after-market remote start.

Most likely needs a new tire pressure sensor.
