Vehicle Description
2006 Mazda5 in great condition.
Why so cheap? Becasue it uses water. Not much, a few ounces a day, but otherwise it runs and drives GREAT! I think I might need a head gasket. It's been doing this for over a year, and in the process of troubleshooting it, I replaced the radiator, the water pump, the thermostat, and all the radiator houses. Just every morning I put in a few ounces of water or coolant and go about my day.
For someone with the time and skill to change the head gasket, this is an excellent car that could be sold for nearly $4000.
The tires are great, it has a clean interior, an AM/FM/CD/MP3/DVD, with GPS and Bluetooth. From the factory it comes with a moonroof, Bose audio, Power windows, power mirrors, power door locks, fog lights, remote entry, cruise control, steering wheel controls for the radio, 17" wheels. I added a trailer receiver hitch and it tows great!
Best of all it has third row seating - making it a GREAT family car!
Also all the rear seats fold flat and a twin-sized air mattress can be put in there to sleep two comfortably for camping. And those flat folding seats makes a lot of room for tools, supplies, equipment making this a great work vehicle - add a trailer and you've got a full on work truck with the security of keeping your valuables locked inside.
Tags are good until March, and I'll pay for the smog check if you pay full price for the car. There's no check engine lights as you can see from the photo of the instrument panel. Bring your own OBDII scanner or use mine to verify that everything's right with this car!
The 2" ball hitch shown in the photos doesn't go with the car, but of course the receiver hitch and the wiring for the lights does.
