Used 2010 Subaru Legacy w/98K for sale in Acra, NY

I love this car and sad to sell it, but my 3 growing kids have literally outgrown it.
You can look up the specs but here is some info:
1) 6 speed MANUAL transmission with new clutch.
2) Upgraded stitched leather interior
3) Comes with upgraded after-market alloy 17" rims
4) Comes with an extra set of rims with snow tires (tires good for another winter at least)
5) Big brake job a few months ago at $1200
6) New catalytic converter this year as well as replaced a noisy wheel bearing.
7) I have taken excellent care of this car. Regular oil changes and diligent upkeep.
8) No major or minor accidents or structural damage. Fixed a side door fender bender at an auto body shop.
9) I've put a ton of money into this car recently and it runs great.
10) Some minor bumper scratches consistent with a 9 year old car.
