Used 2012 Chevy Traverse LTZ 4WD With New Engine for sale in Redding, CA

Nice 2012 Chevy Traverse LTZ with leather seating for 8. The vehicle has a new engine, new transmission, newer tires, and all sorts of recent service. The car has 143,000 mostly highway miles between here and Southern Oregon. A brand new transmission was installed, and a newer engine was just installed. See Service Records below.

Pearlescent exterior paint, very good condition except for a scratch on the back lift gate. Grey leather interior, with the rare second row bench seat – searched the country to find this configuration. With the LTZ trim the car has goodies including backup camera, heated seats, etc. Has a trailer hitch, used infrequently for jet-skis. Tule roof rack.

The transmission needed service, and rather than rebuild it we opted for a brand new factory transmission. Then in November 2018 we were driving to the coast and punctured the oil pan on a sharp rock, damaging the engine. Rather than rebuild, we opted for a good condition used replacement with 12,000 mile warranty. See photos for the receipt. At that time we took care of many routine items also.

We did not cut any corners on service, and our decisions were for reliable long-term ownership. But I was too slow getting the vehicle fixed, and my wife bought another car. So this car is an extra, and even though it’s a great car we like driving, it doesn’t make sense for us to have it.

4 wheel drive, with seating for 8, roof rack, and receiver-type hitch, this vehicle is a capable SUV without the size and fuel consumption of larger options.
