I purchased and shipped this Xterra directly from a Nissan dealership in Northern California back in August of 2021, as I was in the market for this exact color/trim/year. Since arrived on Island, I have put less than 5k miles on the vehicle under casual on-road use only. The sole reason for my sale of this Xterra is because I just purchased a slightly older one with leather interior.

This Xterra has a clean title and no history of collision and/or accident repairs (you are welcome to Carfax and VIN check the vehicle if you need confirmation and clarification). I only recently noticed the driver’s door does appear to have a repainted spot (approximately 16” in diameter) in the center of the door. This can only be seen with low angles of sunlight (which is why I didn’t even notice it until taking these sale ad pictures). All services have been performed on time and at certified Nissan dealership workshops or independent facilities (Carfax recorded). I just serviced again in preparation for the sale.

This Xterra in Pro-4X trim is the last year of production (2015), and is equipped with every optional feature/package (save for the leather interior). These powertrains/vehicles are common to surpass well into the 200-300k mile odometer range with regular maintenance schedule services and proper care. The early model-year timing chain guide and coolant/trans fluid issues were resolved by the end of the 2009 manufacturing year. Another fun-fact about the this Xterra is that there wasn’t a single Safety Recall ever issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for the 2015 year model.

- Vehicle is equipped with a factory touchscreen Navigation head unit with back-up camera system. The audio is provided via a factory 300 watt Rockford Fosgate 9-Speaker system, with integrated Steering wheel and voice controls, Auxiliary input, XM radio, and Bluetooth enabled. Factory subwoofer is mounted in a discrete enclosure under the driver’s seat.

- The only damages to this vehicle are cosmetic: Exterior exhibits normal marring and dings a 7 year old off-road geared vehicle would encounter. Leading edge of hood has rock chipping common to California vehicles. Paint has absolutely no fading whatsoever, and clear coat is in excellent condition. Body and windows exhibit no hard water spotting or etching. Plastic trim are all in excellent condition. Largest area of body damage are the surface scratches to the rear passenger’s door trailing edge (see images).

- Mechanically, this vehicle is in perfectly good working order. No leaks, no noises, no warning lights. Readiness code is set (this is what actually defines a well operating vehicle). HVAC climate control functions normally and A/C operates like brand new. Steering/suspension/brakes and driveline are all in perfect working order. Interior, electrical, and all comfort/convenience functions operating normally.

- (9/27/2022) – Interior has been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. Seats cleaned and sanitized utilizing high heat water extraction and microbial disinfectants & neutralizing agents. Interior cabin and HVAC system subjected to Ozone Sanitization and Deodorization Shock Treatment. All interior & exterior trim plastic material coated/treated using UV protectant.

- 9/28/2022 – Engine oil and filter replaced using full synthetic Pennzoil Ultra Platinum oil. Wheels/tires rotated (during brake picture documentation). Vehicle inspected and fluid levels set. Full vehicle inspection performed (picture documentation of undercar). *Vehicle will not require a service/oil change for the next 5k miles. I have put on less than 75 additional miles since the service.

- 10/4/2022 – Exterior washed, clayed, and polished. Paint sealant applied. Tail lamps polished. Undercar cleaned. Windows cleaned. Tires conditioned. Exterior trim treated with second application of UV protectant.

- Car will come with:
- Three OE Nissan keys, Two key FOBs, factory key code tag, factory front and rear row PRO-4X fabric floor mats, and four tie-down cleats for rear track system, factory liftgate first aid bag (empty), and owner’s manual documentation. Battery is an AGM spiral cell unit less than three years of age.
- I have a currently installed ICS-Fab accessory bracket AMPS mount and cellphone holder mounted to the dash top storage tray (see images). This keeps your phone secured tightly, at eye level while driving. This set-up is geared to mount AMPS bolt-patterned accessory mounts which can hold your selection of GPS/Radar/Dash-Camera/Tablet/Comms/etc. This set-up is available installed as-is for an additional $365, or it will be included if purchased at full asking price, otherwise, it will be removed.
- I will throw in a brand new Denso Engine air intake filter, and a Bosch HEPA HVAC cabin air filter if vehicle is purchased at full asking price. The ones in the vehicle are in near new condition with less than 5k miles on them.
- I will renew all three wiper blades if purchased at full asking price.
- I will throw in a new condition K&N performance air intake filter if vehicle is purchased at full asking price.
- I will throw in a set of Near new condition Factory PRO-4X All Weather Rubber floor mats if purchased at full asking price.

- Hawaii State Safety Inspection good through October 2023. The registration is brand new (plates and paperwork) and also good through October 2023.

- If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, capable, and economical to maintain/repair vehicle, with plenty of power, this is an awesome candidate. This is not a vehicle to get into if you are concerned about fuel economy. I have yet to see fuel economy figures higher than 23mpg.
