Used '89 Honda Civic Wagovan FWD, manual- or Trade for Winter Driver for sale in Scandia, MN

I bought this '89 Honda Civic FWD Wagovan in Denver, CO several years ago. It made the trip back from CO without issues pulling a small trailer with motorcycle. Ran well for couple years but decided to remove the head to have it professionally rebuilt . It ran fine after I reinstalled the head for a short period of time until coolant began mixing with the oil because I didn't replace the head bolts (as recommended) as they're known to stretch. After removal again I took the head in to have it checked and is within specs. I haven't made time to reinstall with NEW head bolts. The few nuts/bolts I removed with the head are present and neatly organized.

Interior is very clean and great condition except driver seat per photo. The 5-speed tranny shifts perfect with NO sincro issues and clutch works as it should. The brakes felt and sounded fine and rubber is good. Don't recall if AC blows cold. Rust seems limited to rear wheel-wells.

I have the drivers door parking protecting rubber strip that needs reattaching as shown.
