It's a beautiful machine top up or down, for sure. Condition is very nice throughout. The heart of this machine is Jaguars track proven 5.3 V12, equipped with four Zenith carburetors, 272 advertised silky-smooth horsepower, and a 0-60 times under seven seconds. Combined with the 4-speed transmission and relatively low curb weight, these cars were serious performers- direct competitors to Chevrolet's Corvettes, and are highly prized collectibles today. This one fires right up and runs well. Flip a couple interior levers, and the long hood tilts forward, making engine access quite good. And it is a work of art under there, a nice piece to show for sure. The seller indicates both then engine, and transmission have been rebuilt. The interior is all-business, with an aircraft like cockpit and plenty of controls to entertain you. Quite a bit of restoration was done to her, leaving one pretty car you can be proud of.
