Used 1994 Porsche Speedster for sale in Monterey, CA

This 1994 Porsche 911 Speedster is one of 936 examples produced between 1992 and 1994, just 427 of which were built for the US market. The car has been registered in Indiana for much of its life and was acquired by the current owner in 2004. It is finished in Grand Prix White over black leather, and power is supplied by an air-cooled 3.6L flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, a fiberglass double-hump rear panel, a black soft top, automatic climate control, cruise control, a Blaupunkt stereo, fixed-back Recaro seats, and 17? Cup wheels. Recent service included an oil change and an alignment. This 964 Speedster shows 16k miles and is offered on dealer consignment in California with a Porsche Classic Technical Certificate, owner’s manuals, an air compressor, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Indiana title.

The 964 Speedster features a fiberglass double-hump convertible-top cover panel, a shorter windshield than that of the contemporary cabriolet, a manually-operated top mechanism, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. Staggered-width 17? Cup I wheels are mounted with 205/5o front and 255/40 rear BFGoodrich tires that show 2009 and 2010 date codes. Stopping power is provided by discs with black Porsche-branded calipers at each corner. An alignment was conducted in 2022.

The cabin features fixed-back Recaro bucket seats trimmed in black leather joined by a matching dash, carpets, and door panels. Amenities include cruise control, a Blaupunkt stereo, automatic climate control, an analog clock, power windows, and floor mats.

A four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation including a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline. The six-digit odometer shows 16k miles, approximately 4k of which were added during current ownership.

The 3.6-liter M64/01 flat-six was factory rated at 247 horsepower and 228 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
