Low miles: 55k | recently flushed transmission fluid ahead of schedule | well maintained

It does not have the same polish as some other conversion, but the functionality is hard to match in other vans you'll find at the $200k+ mark. Moreover, the lack of "polish" translates to something that looks more like you're living in a cabin rather than a Motel 6 room that *looks* nice in a photo, but is really just cheap plastic and fiberglass.

Primary Interior Construction
- Bed goes across in the back with storage underneath
- Bed can easily slide back into a couch, which also forms a second layer of seating below
- 1 ft of underbed storage on main side (rear side cut that amount short)
- Other storage: cabinets along driver side upper wall, in kitchen area, and 1 roof drop down
- Passenger seat swivels back, along with perfectly mounted arm for dual 24” monitors (1 vertical) to turn this into a workstation.
- Fan on roof

Kitchen, Bathroom, and Plumbing, Etc
-Propane powered stove and oven
-Propane also powers heater by bed (fully sealed and roof vented)
-Sink that drains out hole in bottom of van
-35 Gallon water tank connects to pump and accumulator
-Shower in the back: on rear door. Open rear doors and hang tarp to enclose area - automatically heats water with propane when water turns on (adjustable)
-500,000 btu/hr weed torch, great for searing steaks
-Include Instant pot with sous-vide capacity (subtract $150 if you don’t want it)
-Ratchet strapped in Rocket Evoluzione Giotto R Espresso Machine + Rocket branded Mazzer Mini (subtract $2.5k if you don’t want this)
-Dometic dual compartment fridge freezer (makes an excellent seat and footrest too)
-Vacuum toilet (no plumbing) - seals everything and legally disposable in any trash can. 1 cartridge good for about a dozen flushes.
-Insulation: reflectivix on walls and 1 inch foam on roof
-Blackout curtains
-Steel pipe frame cammed behind driver seat to reduce risk of heavy appliances (e.g. espresso machine and grinder) from shearing your head off in case of a collision.
-Floor is easily cleanable and durable plastic sheet material with appearance of wood

Power Systems / Electronics
-500 watt solar system (about as much as could fit)
>4 kw LiFePO4 battery pack - this is far larger and better than your typical battery pack in $150k vans. Roughly double the charge cycles, and can charge much faster. Unlike, Li-ion, you don’t have the fire risk.
-BMS that can handle 200 amps to enable engine charging
-Upgraded alternator that more than doubles the charging rate from the engine
-There is a large red switch that you can use to disconnect the starter battery from the house battery (needs to connect to engine charge). You can do this if you’ll leave the van unattended for a while without solar to avoid risk of draining your starter battery if you leave things like fan and engine running.
-3 kw pure sine inverter (actually pure sine, some that are advertised as such are not) - this allows you to power 110v stuff without buzzing. (no remote/wired switch for inverter)
-Main roof lights controllable with 2 remote switches (1 by bed, other by door)
-2 down lights over counter, 1 over sink. 2 switches controlling these at end of cabinets near driver seat.
-High end SORAA lights by bed (there's more than just CRI)
-Antenna that lets you park across the street from a Starbucks, McDonald's, whatever, and pick up their WiFi via USB cable.
-Dual high end 4g/5g router with roof mounted antennas. Industrial grade router with just about the highest end chip in the world at the moment (Quectel RM502-qa). Highly future-proof setup. Can connect to any cellular data plan and get great internet. Dual routers can be link bonded for even faster speeds, though I have not yet setup the link-bonding router and server (not feeling a rush to do this since even running one by itself is quite good)

Regular Van Things
-Is equipped with LoJack (I never activated it, but I imagine you just call them)
-Tires upgraded - only ~5k miles on them and great warranty coverage deal from installing company where if there is a puncture, replacement cost is proportional to percent tire wear. Went with the larger tires described here: -Well maintained. Originally a fleet vehicle (probably why it has LoJack) and they change oil more often than required. 1 other owner that build out the wooden interior, but then sold due to changing life circumstances having used it only a few months. Was a tad late on 30k maintenance (I did it closer to the 40k mile mark since that’s around when I got it - no issues came up). Recent oil change.
-Includes 2” hitch and ball for towing (only ever towed a 5x8’ trailer a few thousand miles)
-Upgraded audio system including a subwoofer under the passenger seat
-Includes hangboard above side door
-The handle on sidedoor that is shown missing in one of the photos has been replaced.

Issues
-The (standalone vacuum) toilet is not automatically flushing now.
-Camper shower unit needs to be replaced.
Both of these can be replaced easily for about $1k and I can take care of this.
I've had the van for a while and it's been great, but would rather have the cash.
