Vehicle Description
Price is firm at 1200$
Great little automatic car that I have had for about a year now, drove down from Illinois to Texas with it. There are rust spots, but nothing crazy. Solid mechanically, just needs typical old car maintenance and some heavy cosmetic work. Would work great for a drag strip conversion and the like. It also gets around 30 mpg average easily, which would make for a great in between car if you need a daily driver. With some engine cleaning, the mpg might raise higher than that.
I have kept records of the $2000+ in repairs I have had done to the car since the 18th of September 2018 when I bought it. This can be done for much cheaper if you are more mechanically inclined that I am. I am also more than willing to go over any current issues it has when meeting.
· Newer Magnaflow muffler
· Newer Battery
· Newer Spark Plugs
· New Fuel Filter
· Newer Timing Belt, Front Control Arms, Front Brake Calipers, Front Engine Mount, and Front Coil Springs
· Newer Starter
· New Front Windshield
· There are original Si seats that I put in it, but the drivers side needs reupholstering for the left arm rest. These alone repaired are easily worth several hundred dollars alone.
· Recent Oil Change (September 2019)
No AC.
Registration was bought this past spring, so it will still be good for a while.
I also have a full reproduction manual for it as well that I can throw in with it, along with any other parts I have from it. This would make a great car for a learning mechanic to work on; parts are super cheap and the manual pretty much explains everything.
These CRXs are getting harder and harder to find, especially in Texas.
