1977 MG MGB – Only 3k on Fully Rebuilt Engine

I have owned, serviced, and restored British sports cars for almost 50 years. I drove an MGA, TR3, Spitfire and GT6 in high school in the early ‘70s. I've restored/refurbished MGTC, MGTD, MGTF, Triumph TR6 and TR4, and many MGBs. I know these cars as well as anyone and can attest that this 1977 MG is the strongest, best looking late model MGB I’ve owned, driven, or serviced. Also, I'm a 5 star seller on Facebook Marketplace.
1800 cc engine totally rebuilt with only 3k miles. Have receipt for engine rebuild ($3,500). One of the few British cars I’ve seen that DOES NOT LEAK.
4 speed non overdrive transmission.
Single Weber DGV 2 barrel carburetor.
The carb mix and idle has been optimized as has the ignition timing.
This car runs better than it looks!
The odometer indicates 27,000 miles. I rarely pay attention to the odometer unless the miles are documented. However, forensically, I would not be surprised if the mileage is actual. The body is rust free. The suspension looks new. The windshield is not pitted and aluminum windshield frame shows no corrosion. Bumpers have no dents or tears. These observations and others indicate a low mileage car.
Rustfree body finished in Island Metallic Blue – a 2018 Mini Cooper Color. The color looks great with the fresh Honey Tan interior
